Carr School Kindergarten Registration

A child must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st in order to register.

Only a custodial parent or legal guardian may register a child.

*Child Must be Present at Registration*

The following documents are required in order for a child to start Kindergarten:

• Proof of Immunizations
• Proof of School Entry Physical Exam
• Original Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
• Proof of Current Residence Address
• Social Security Card (preferred)

Spread the word about the Kindergarten registration date to relatives, friends, and neighbors with kindergarten-age children.

*If your child is currently enrolled in Pre-K at Carr School you do not need to register them for Kindergarten.
